Contact Me Welcome to Spencer’s Appalachian Labradors! My husband and I love our fur babies and occasionally breed 2-3 litters a year. We have 8 lab babies that are raised indoors. My husband trains sometimes for hunting. He learned most of his training from his grandfather James B. Spencer, an award- winning author and well-known dog trainer who specialized in training hunting dogs. He wrote 11+ books, 500+ articles for Gun Dog magazine, was a breeder, and lover of dogs! Michael’s father was a veterinarian who taught him to love and respect all animals. We also have a partnership with Freedom Guide Dogs, a nonprofit organization in New York. They train dogs for the blind and visually impaired free of charge. We donate 1-3 puppies from every litter to them. If you have any questions/concerns feel free to reach out.
