And yes, she is registered and comes with full breeding rights. These puppies sire (dad) is a handsome and rare true blue Toy and the dam (mom) is all cream with apricot ears and her face. PLEASE NOTE!! We unlike most breeders sell our pups with breeding rights at no extra charge. We want there to be enough of these little guys out there for everyone who will love them and care for them as we do. We and AKC proudly supports dedicated and responsible breeders.
