My first Central Asian Shepherd Dog came from Russia 23 years ago, when I was living there. After discovering this incredible breed, I never wanted another breed. At the time, I had a 3-year-old child and was looking for a dog that would be loyal and protective with children—and that is exactly what I found. They are wonderful family dogs, the #1 guardian breed in my opinion, and with our large property, they proved to be excellent patrol dogs as well.
For me CAS dogs are most smart, loyal, special dogs very beautiful looking dogs.
This breed is not for everyone only for serious people with responsible mind. Because they are protective guardian dogs - First! Please research about CAS before you will purchase one. Thanks!
