We here at Vom Haefner German Shepherds are passionate about breeding high quality, working line German shepherds from some of the best bloodlines in the world. We strive to preserve what the breed was originally intended for and focus on East German, Czech and DDR bloodlines. We breed for healthy, stable temperament, quality puppies that can excel in all aspects of life and work. From the active family pet, sport dog, detection dog, service dog and police level k9, we are strive to produce the best!
About Vom Haefner German Shepherds
Our puppies are whelped in our home where we can be hands on. As they grow, they are moved to a large kennel where they can play and explore. We keep a very clean, tidy kennel area. Our puppies are exposed to livestock, cats, other dogs, go for car rides, start crate training, are exposed to loud noises for noise desensitization, puppies go for walks around our property to develop confidence, they are exposed to different surfaces, and obstacles, and are continually evaluated and temperament tested. We take great pride in good nutrition and proper raising of our puppies.
