I have been living and working with dogs for over 50 years, literally since the day I came home from the hospital when I was born! Read my first book, "Puppies: an Ounce of Prevention" to hear that story and how to prepare for, care for, train and socialize your puppy, no matter what breed you are looking for! I have also written a second book, "Dogs: a Pound of Cure" that teaches people how to fix problem behaviors in their adult dogs. I have become an expert over the years on how important not only training, but breeding is, to create the best furever friends possible. My last book, still in the making, "Mans Best Friend" (How to Choose the Right one for YOU) will explain why starting with the best is key to a succefull future for you, your family, and the future of our canine friends!
About Varian Kennels
Beautiful Facility on 200+ acres. My dogs are wonderfully cared for, fully trained, and run every day free with me on the property. We have outstanding reviews from the AKC inspector of not only my kennels, but our commitment to excellence in the care and rearing of our dogs and puppies! I have a separate whelping room so mom's can have the quiet they need. At 3&1/2 weeks the puppies and mom are moved out to the "play pen" where they get new toys and experiences every day. The whelping room and puppy play pen have indoor/ outdoor compartments with heating and air to keep my moms and pups comfortable.
