About Ruby
If you’re looking for a Miniature Schnauzer puppy, we can help. We love Miniature Schnauzers. I have been breeding schnauzers for 7years. I am selling them as PETS ONLY because the schnauzer mom is not registered but the dad is.
Breeding one Miniature Schnauzer litter at a time is widely considered the best practice by reputable breeders. It allows for intensive socialization, ensures the dam gets proper physical recovery, and prevents the developmental issues associated with raising multiple litters at once (such as "littermate syndrome" and behavioral regression). Why One Litter at a Time is Ideal Individual Socialization: Miniature Schnauzers are alert and independent. Limiting your focus to a single litter of 3 to 7 puppies allows you to properly handle, and socialize each puppy before they go to their new homes.
Puppies are born here, in our home. I am present for each litter born and it’s one of my favorite parts of being a breeder! Getting to finally meet the little lives I’ve been thinking about for months, and to watch the amazing instincts of a mother dog is truly magical. Although we encourage the mother to do all she possibly can on her own, we check each puppy at birth once she is finished cleaning him/her. Puppies are weighed and checked over, then recorded and placed into a warming “bassinet” or basket with mom.
Maternal Health: Having only one litter at a time gives the mother ample time to recover nutritionally and physically between pregnancies, ensuring healthier puppies in the long run.
Quantity: Focusing on one litter allows you to dedicate your time to following breed standards, and preparing puppies for their new environments.
I do one litter at a time to not overdo it with too many at a time which I feel is reasonable because I am not a puppy mill of multiple litters. I am just trying to find a sweet little companion who will give them unconditional love as responsible adults in return. It is our goal that each one of the puppies goes to a good and loving home. Right now, we have one litter of beautiful puppies, all eager to find their forever home. We have a family-friendly rehoming price of $800, which is much lower than most charge. Please take a look and see if there is one just right for you. Tails docked, dew claws removed, age appropriate shots and deworming are up to date. We don't deliver or ship so your pick-up is in East Texas in Longview, TX. My phone number is for information. No Scammers please, just serious buyers only!!!!.
