We are AKC Scottish Terrier Breeders and have many good references and keep in touch with many of our clients and the pups we sold them some are in Spokane County, some went to western side of Washington others to Los Angeles and Arizona, Some to Montana, Idaho. Others to Oregon and Wyoming and Colorado We have a Facebook group I administer and we have been breeding and selling AKC Scottish Terriers since 2018. We have many good references and some have bought more than one of our pups. We are working on getting a Website set up called Sylvan Way Scotties We reside rural and have 2 sires not related to one another and currently 2 dams. We have DNA lineage and health on all 4 adult dogs. We are improving our kennel and enlarging it for the Scotties. I am Married and I and my husband and son have AKC profiles. I am 76 years old my husband is 77 and our son is 56 We have 24 acres of timberland and a lot of children and great grandchildren visit often. We have chickens, cats, dogs, getting some goats again soon.

My name is Jennine, My husband is AJ and our Son is Ray, We are co-owners of this Kennel. My husband and I are in our mid 70's and our son is 55 He is going to take over more of the Kennel in the next couple of years. He is also working on a Website. Our phone contact is a landline. We reside very rural in the mountains and mobile service is sketchy So we have a landline we have to use for contact. Plus the internet online via email.
We reside on 24 acres of Timberland in Spokane County, Mead, Washington. We have Two sires and four Dams. Two of the dams will not be bred for another year they are only a year old. The older two have had their litter for the year. We also have a retired Dam we call her our Grand-damma
The Dogs have a yard we put them in they can play and it has shade and they cannot get out to chase deer or in the road, They are also allowed in the house and we have great grandchildren and grandchildren often coming to visit and play with our dogs and pups and helping with them. We have a doggy door they can go in and out of as well into a play yard As per one photo with Murdoch and Terrah.
We call our Kennel Sylvan Way because we reside in the woods on timberland. We have Two sires. Hannibal A Red Wheaten Male age 3 and Murdoch Who is Black. age 4 Our Breeding Dams are Terrah who Black and age 4 and Eithne a Wheaten Age 3. Our Two younger Dams are ZeZee and Blaze and they are not old enough for breeding at this time. They are Both Brindle. They will be a year old in July.
We own this Kennel with our eldest Son who is Co-owner and we have been Breeding and selling Pups since 2018. We have ample references and are on AKC and Breeders.net as well.
I have A Scottish Terrier Group on Facebook and we are working to form a Scottish Terrier Club in the Spokane area.
We are expanding our Kennel yard and area this summer so they have even more room to romp and play and in shade or sun. The Cattle Tank is one we use for Puppies when they are getting weaned we put it in our House-port.
The puppies are safe, Their mother can jump in and out and we keep it clean and the puppies can play, and we have a crate they can get into and sleep in but it is open and an area for food and water and ample room for them to play and get a lot of attention
One photo a Great Granddaughter is in the tank playing with the pups. We have many references and keep in touch with a lot of our happy clients and customers and have had referrals from them where other people have asked for our Scotty pups.
The dogs are groomed, brushed and loved and happy. We take then annually for vet checks and vaccines. We do not allow pups to go to new homes until they are at least 10-12 weeks old. They learn about crating, some basic leash training and we get initial first vaccines, well check and worming for the pups We require a $500 non refundable deposit on each pup as this goes into their care, health and feeding. This is your down payment
The Dogs are around other pets, chickens, cats, goats etc. We do not ship or crate. We do not Deliver and escort fees are extra cost or you come pick up your new family member.
We are working on getting a Website up but it is not done yet. We also eventually will offer Escort delivery once we get a website done and the cost for pups will include escort delivery service but we are not set up for it yet.
We take personal checks that must clear the bank or USPS money orders and before a puppy can go home you must pay the price in full and all checks and money orders must clear the bank.
We do not offer any other payment method at this time but again once we get the website launched we will have a couple of other venues of payment but not at this time.
Certified or Cashier Checks are not accepted as we have had people several times send fake checks Please email for references, questions. Etc.
All our Scottish Dams and Sires have Had DNA done for both lineage and health via Embark All are AKC registered as are the pups.
