They also have plenty of quiet time for rest and sleep, which is essential for healthy growth and development. Once Mom is no longer cleaning up after them, I take over their daily care and begin introducing age-appropriate routines. After receiving their first vaccinations, puppies are started on basic potty-training foundations to help prepare them for a successful transition to their new homes. To ensure they are physically, emotionally, and socially ready, my puppies go home between 9 and 10 weeks of age, giving them extra time to mature and build confidence before joining their forever families. ❤️🐾
