A Lifetime of Love and Care: A Dedicated Dog Breeder
My love for dogs started long before I ever thought of breeding them. Growing up in Southern Alabama my grandmother bred Chihuahuas and some of my earliest memories are of being surrounded by those little ones. That upbringing planted a seed that never stopped growing.
After high school I served in the United States Air Force where my love for bully breeds truly took root. Owning my own bullies during my time in service brought me comfort and companionship through every challenge and every new place I was stationed. It was also during that time that I met my husband Chris, who was serving in the United States Army. Two veterans from different branches who found each other while serving their country.
Today Chris and I are proud to call Huntsville Alabama home where we both continue to serve our country through defense work. With over fifteen years of experience breeding dogs my passion has grown to include both American Bullies and Chihuahuas. A nod to my grandmother's legacy and my own love of the bully breed all in one. My commitment to responsible breeding comes from a deep belief that every dog deserves a loving and healthy home. Through careful breeding practices and a genuine understanding of canine health I strive to produce puppies that will bring joy and companionship to their families for years to come.
About Royal Paws Kennels
Our puppies are born and raised right inside our home from day one. They are not kept in kennels or outside runs. They sleep indoors, play in our fully fenced yard, and spend their days underfoot with plenty of human interaction and love.
From birth our puppies are handled daily and exposed to the sights and sounds of a real family home. They grow up around friends, young children, and our own dogs Chico and Murphy which means by the time they leave us they are already comfortable around people and other animals of all sizes.
We take nutrition seriously from the very beginning. Moms are well fed and cared for throughout pregnancy and nursing and puppies are transitioned onto high quality food as they wean. Every puppy leaves up to date on vaccinations and worming treatments.
We do not rush our puppies out the door. They stay with us until they are fully ready to make the transition to their new home. During their time with us they receive daily handling, socialization, and tons of love and attention from both of us.
We are selective about where our puppies go. Every family that reaches out is welcomed to ask questions and we encourage it. We want to make sure every puppy we raise ends up exactly where they belong, in a loving home where they will be treated as a true member of the family.
