About Megan
Hi, my name is Megan. I am retired Army Medic, living my best life surrounded family, our 4 miniature dachshunds, cat and chickens. Our dogs are spoiled rotten and sleep in the bed with us. We take them everywhere, road trips, flying, paddle boarding, swimming. The Miniature Dachshund quickly became my dream dog. Big dog personality in a compact package that I can travel anywhere with. We raise our puppies as if we were going to keep them to join our pack.
About Meg’s Mini’s
Indoor play area - living room, kitchen. We usually start puppies in the sun room so we can keep it temperature controlled.
We live on open acerage, but don’t let the dogs in the yard until first set of shots. Otherwise in warm seasons they get to play on large back porch and learn to start going “outside” to potty.
