About Allison
We were both raised around small dogs and loved them, the rat terrier and dachshund. Being able to grow up with these two breeds gave us a deep appreciation for the huge gift in a such small dogs. We want to be able to give others the chance of being able to experience that too on a family scale.
Mom is a 4 year old standard tricolor UKC registered rat terrier. Dad is a 1 year old unregistered purebred fawn rat terrier with a natural bobtail. Both dogs love being outside, whether that's chasing birds and rabbits out of the yard or going on miles long hikes. When they aren't nose to the ground outside they are inside cuddling under blankets or playing with racquet balls. Dad loves riding in cars and is always ready to go. Mom also loves riding in cars but gets car sick, she is trained to throw up inside of a bag and does so with 100% accuracy. Both dogs have been easy to train and are VERY food motivated. They are fiends for banana bread. Mom and dad are both up to date on their vaccines and worming. They have no known health conditions and haven't displayed any signs of health problems. Mom and puppies are going to the vet next week for first vaccinations and a follow up worming, with mom getting a routine health check up. This is their second litter.

We have one breeding pair and they are our personal family dogs, we also kept the first born puppy from their first litter. He has helped raise his little siblings. Puppies are raised inside our house and have plenty of access to people and a clean environment.
