About Amanda
My family and I live on Porter Family Farm in Osceola, Iowa, where we raise purebred Great Pyrenees puppies in a working-farm environment. Our puppies grow up around chickens, dogs, and cats, and they are introduced to small children. Both parents are proven livestock guardians here on our farm.
We enjoy raising these loyal, intelligent dogs and giving each puppy a strong start. Our goal is to place them with responsible families or farms where they will be loved, well cared for, and given the space and purpose this wonderful breed needs. We’re happy to answer questions and help determine whether a Great Pyrenees is the right fit for you.

Our puppies are raised on Porter Family Farm in Osceola, Iowa, with plenty of outdoor space to explore, play, and exercise. They experience the everyday sights and sounds of farm life and are introduced to chickens, cats, other dogs, and small children. Both parents live and work on our farm as livestock guardian dogs. This hands-on environment helps the puppies become familiar with people, animals, and the responsibilities of life on a farm.
