Welcome to B&C Wigglebutts, where our Cavaliers are family first and breeding dogs second. ❤️
We began building our breeding program in 2019, with our first litter arriving in 2022. Since then, our goal has remained the same: to raise happy, healthy, well-socialized Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in a loving home environment.
Before any of our dogs are bred, they receive appropriate health and genetic testing to help us make responsible breeding decisions and give our puppies the best possible start in life. We also believe in keeping our program small and manageable. We have a maximum of three litters per year, if our girls take, allowing us to give each litter the individual attention and care they deserve.
Our puppies are raised in our home and grow up surrounded by our other dogs and our cats. They receive plenty of everyday interaction and become accustomed to the sights, sounds, and routines of a busy household.
Our puppies receive veterinary care throughout their time with us. Puppies go home having received two of their three puppy vaccinations and all age-appropriate deworming treatments. This means their new families don't have to worry about starting a deworming routine right away, unless their veterinarian determines additional treatment is needed. Every puppy is examined by our veterinarian at least twice before going home to their new family.
We also want each puppy to have a little piece of home with them when they leave us. Each puppy goes home with:
- A blanket carrying familiar scents from their first home
- A new toy
- A toy that has been with them during their time here
- A small bag of their current puppy food to help with the transition
Registrations vary by puppy and litter. When applicable, puppies may be placed with limited AKC registration.
Our commitment doesn't end when a puppy goes home. Every B&C Wigglebutts puppy comes with lifetime advice and support. Whether a new family has questions about feeding, training, development, behavior, or simply needs reassurance about something they're experiencing, we're always here to help throughout their puppy's life.
Most importantly, we want our puppies placed in loving homes where they will be cherished as family members for the rest of their lives. We put a lot of love, time, and care into every puppy we raise, and we hope to find families who will do the same. 🐾❤️

About B&C Wigglebutts
B&C Wigglebutts is a home-based kennel, and our dogs are very much a part of our everyday family life. We currently have 14 Cavaliers, and our adults have mostly free reign of our home. They are only kenneled when they are eating or when we are away from home.
Our puppies are raised in a safe, supervised environment and have free access to our living room whenever they are out of their playpen. Puppies are typically out 3–4 times a day for at least an hour at a time, although their playtime is often longer depending on their individual needs and energy levels. We don't follow a rigid exercise schedule because puppies naturally have periods of play, exploration, and rest throughout the day.
Our fenced-in backyard is available for potty breaks and outdoor time year-round. When the weather is nice, we sometimes bring out our bubble machine for some extra fun. After all, nobody can play keep-away with a bubble! 🫧😂 We also have two slides for the dogs to enjoy and plenty of space for them to explore and play.
We also believe that socialization goes beyond the home. Once our puppies have received at least their first puppy vaccination, we take them on appropriate outings to dog-friendly stores and other safe environments so they can experience new sights, sounds, people, and surroundings. When people would like to interact with the puppies, we provide hand sanitizer and ask them to sanitize their hands before handling them.
Our focus is on giving our puppies plenty of opportunities for play, exploration, socialization, and interaction with both people and other animals, while also allowing them plenty of time to rest and be puppies.
