About Joseph
I never imagined how deeply I could connect with a breed until Doug and Carrie came into my life. Doug, my five-year-old American-style male, brought confidence, loyalty, and a gentle steadiness, while Carrie, my three-year-old European-style female, added elegance, substance, and a calm, affectionate nature paired with a playful spirit that perfectly complemented him. Watching them grow, bond, and thrive together on our acre in Greenville, North Carolina, completely changed me. They aren’t just pets—they’re family, living their best lives with space to run, play, and simply be dogs. It was through them that I fell in love with Great Danes, not just for their size and beauty, but for their incredible temperament and devotion. This current litter is absolute magic—thoughtfully planned to reflect the very best of both American and European lines, with the goal of producing strong, healthy, well-balanced puppies with loving dispositions.
About Greenville Giant Danes
It begins in a cozy whelping room, warm, quiet, and calm—perfect for those first weeks of life. It’s clean, comfortable, and set up to keep everyone safe and relaxed. From there, they move into a rec room where things get more active and fun. There’s space to play, explore, and build confidence, with safe flooring and lots of enrichment to keep curious puppies engaged. They also get plenty of socialization time here with our family, along with regular interaction with both mom and dad. Next is the screened porch, where they’re introduced to fresh air, new sounds, and natural light in a safe, low-stress way. And finally, the outdoor space—a secure area where they can run, play, and explore. This is also where they start learning good habits, including early potty training, all while enjoying room to be puppies. Overall, it’s a natural progression from calm and protected to open and adventurous—helping them grow into confident, well-socialized, and happy dogs.
