I’m recently retired, and my wife owns a small interior design business, which gives us the time and flexibility to be very hands-on with our dogs. We’ve had Yorkshire Terriers in our family for over 20 years. After losing one of our Yorkies to repeated breast cancer after she was spayed without having a litter (this is common for the breed), we made the decision to allow our current 2-year-old Yorkie to have one litter. To do this, we carefully chose a healthy male Toy Poodle. Both parents are AKC registered and in excellent health. Our goal is to raise happy, healthy, well-socialized puppies in a loving home environment—not to run a breeding operation. This will be the only litter for her. We’re looking for kind, responsible homes that will give these puppies the same love and care they’ve received here. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
