About Den Hill Cottage Puppies
The puppies were whelped in a small enclosed kennel, graduating to a gated off mudroom. At 6 weeks when they were weaned, they were switched to a large kennel for sleeping together, and get playtime outside in our enclosed/fenced backyard, as well as inside in an enclosed space in the living room. They are given plenty of time to play; however, to protect their little bones and joints, enforced naps in the kennel happen after 45 mins of time outside the kennel. They are being trained and basic commands individually and as a group, and potty training is progressing.
