Please discourage such practices by avoid purchasing these dogs also you can reach out to AKC for further information. The American Kennel Club breed standard for the weight of any Yorkshire terrier should be no less than 5lbs and 7+ lbs anything smaller or bigger should be considered pet quality only and priced accordingly depending on many factors at the discretion of each breeder.

WHY NO MORE HOME IN PERSON VISITS :
Although we enjoyed opening our home to families wanting to come and spend time with our fur family and meet me personally. We have been robbed to many times and have been injured during this so we no longer offer any in person visits I still don't have a clue on where my poor little babies are who are much older now. Even during a local meet up people seem to not care about how they sleep at night knowing they have stolen a sweet baby from us it still brings tears to my eye to this day. I offer video call, such as Zoom, Google Meet or Local meet up at the police station, or Starbucks as I was strongly advised. If this is not ok with you well I fully can respect that and my yorkie puppy's are not the right ones for you and I wish you well.
WHAT ALL DOES MY PUPPY COME WITH :
Each Yorkie pups bio is available and can be viewed on by clicking there photo.
WHAT HEALTH ISSUES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE CONTRACT :
Simple : Any and All viruses. All of my families receive educational videos from me on how to keep there yorkie puppies healthy and safe, like cleaning surfaces, Yard prep, No dog parks within the first year, No pig ear treats etc you will learn everything you need to know to keep my babies safe. And you will get me as a life long friend to cheer you on every step of the way.

To purchase one of our sweet little yorkie pups is easy. Choose the yorkie puppy you want either boy or girl next give me a call and let me know the name of the yorkie puppy you have decided to bring home and make a fur-ever part of your family. If your particular yorkie pup of choice is under 8 weeks a deposit is required to hold your favorite pick puppy. If your puppy is 8 weeks or older full payment is due before release.
About AKC Yorkie Puppys
We have a gorgeous 2000 sq ft home, our Yorkies are apart of our family and are also raised around our Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys you name it. We wake up at 5am here we allow our Yorkies to either sleep in or come with us to take care of the animals some like to simply run around and play or chase the chickens, Around 7:20am after collecting the eggs and gathering veggies from the garden breakfast time is the fun part my Yorkies love fresh carrots and cuccumber treats every now and than or a strawberry here and there please note dogs cannot eat all fruits like grapes are toxic to dogs. After breakfast before it gets to hot my cute little Yorkies love to run around and play there very active dogs and need to burn that energy one way or another I find it alot easier to get them to focus and concentrate in the house when they have at least a good 45 minutes to just play with eachother because there is no running in the living room thats a no no too much yard and they have there inside enclosed patio with mini split when its really too hot outside to play and goof off in lol. We have a seperate room for Welping fur mommies and mommies who are expecting babies each mommie is on a specific diet to assure there getting the nutrition they need daily to prevent them from blowing there coat after there babies are born and to ensure there producing rich milk with lots of vitamins and minerals for there babies. All of our Yorkies are use to a sleep schedual and are trained to use the doggie door. Males that are not breeding and are around females are occasionally belly wrapped to discourage marking at night while I sleep and yes they sometimes try we have cameras lol lol at the end of the day we are a simple family who love our dogs sometimes even more than well you know lol lol
If your interested in completing and application please give me a call let me know which puppy you are interested in and if that baby is still available and your application looks good than we can move forward.
