We’re committed to lifelong support and building lasting connections with every family who joins our Sweetbay Family.
About Sweetbay Goldens
Our puppies are raised right in the heart of our home, in the living room, where they’re surrounded by the everyday sights, sounds, and rhythms of family life. From the very beginning, they’re gently exposed to normal household activity, helping them grow into confident, well‑adjusted companions.
Their indoor nursery is thoughtfully organized with distinct areas for sleeping, eating, and pottying, giving them an early sense of routine and teaching them that every space has a purpose. This foundation makes transitions into their new homes smoother and sets them up for long‑term success.
Around five weeks of age, the puppies also gain access to our outdoor puppy play yard, a safe and enriching space where they can romp, explore, and build coordination. During the day, they can move freely between the yard and their air‑conditioned indoor puppy house, staying cool and comfortable even in the Texas heat. At night, they come back inside to sleep, keeping them connected to the household and reinforcing healthy socialization.
At Sweetbay, every detail of their environment is designed to support confident, curious, well‑balanced puppies ready for their next adventure.
We also have a live puppycam on our website so families can watch their puppies grow and stay connected!

Puppy Updates
The puppies are getting more mobile by the day which means it was time to remove the pig rail. We use it during the newborn stage to keep tiny babies safe from being accidentally squished against the wall when mom lays down.
It did its job keeping the newborns safe for the last two weeks. This morning Lime Girl discovered it also makes an excellent launching platform for jailbreaks.
This morning she climbed right up, peeked over the edge like a tiny mountain goat, and made her grand escape. Message received, ma’am.
So the pig rail is out, the puppies are officially mobile, and it’s time to introduce their potty area. This is the stage where everything starts happening fast and we’re just trying to keep up with these tiny overachievers.
