My husband and I raise our puppies right in our home with us. We handle them daily both for socialization and to check their health. They are also weighed daily for the first three weeks to assure that they are gaining properly.
About D&aM Cavapoochons
We have a unique set up. The puppies are born in their whelping box in our kitchen and stay in there for around 6 weeks. They have a temperature regulated environment. Once they move out of the box and have free reign of the home, they each get a transmitter collar for our electric dog door. They are allowed to go out into the fenced yard and come back in as the see fit. This helps greatly with potty training.
