We are just a family trying to get some puppies good homes. They were raised indoors exclusively till they were 3 months old. Since the family member that raised them is in long term care at the moment, we have set them up in an indoor/outdoor kennel, rotating who gets to be inside so not everyone is inside at once. They have used pee-pee pads, and are on dry kibble exclusively. I cannot guarantee perfect puppies because they are PUPPIES. It is your job to train them to be a good and obedient dog. They do not come pre-installed with obedience, command recognition, or knowing where the nearest pre-approved bathroom is, YOU teach them that.
