Hi, I’m Wendy Jo, and welcome to my little corner of East Texas. 💚
I’ve had dogs my whole life and have never, ever been very good at having just one. 😂 Dogs themselves are certainly not new territory for me, and I have years of experience loving, raising, and caring for them. Intentionally raising litters is a newer chapter for me, though, and I’ve found it incredibly rewarding.
So while I’m still learning new things every day, your baby is in pretty experienced hands. I’m also not too proud to ask questions when I don’t know something. I don’t like being BS’d, so I’m not going to BS you either. If I don’t know the answer, I’ll tell you. And then I’ll probably call my best friend and mentor, who has been doing this for almost 30 years. She’s my puppy library, encyclopedia, sounding board, and “Wendy, call me before you do anything crazy” person. 😂 I’m very lucky to have her.
I love watching a litter grow and seeing each little personality come to life. One of my favorite parts is getting to know the families and matching the right puppy with the right people. There’s something pretty special about knowing you helped bring the two together.
Our dogs are family and are raised as such. We’re out here living real life, surrounded by dogs, farm animals, and all the chaos you’d expect with this many critters around. 😂
You don’t have to be fancy around here. If you want a happy, well-loved, well-cared-for puppy and you appreciate people who genuinely care where their babies end up, you’re probably our kind of people.
And if you’re looking for something a little more… polished and fancy? Well… I’m sure there’s somebody out there for you. 😂
If you want a puppy raised with a whole lot of love by people who will probably cry when they leave…

Our dogs live in roomy outdoor kennels right behind our home. The kennels are covered and naturally shaded by mature trees, secure, cleaned daily, and give our dogs plenty of room to be comfortable.
About 7–10 days before a Mama is due to whelp, she comes inside to our “Critter Cave” — formerly known as the Man Cave. Yes, the husband got the boot and the dogs got the keys. 😂
Each Mama has her own private whelping area, where she stays with her puppies until they’re ready for their forever homes. During this time, Mama gets extra nutrition and plenty of quiet time to rest, while the puppies receive daily hands-on care and socialization with people, dogs, and cats.
Puppies are dewormed on schedule and will be current on age-appropriate vaccinations before going home. Puppies are ready to leave at 8 weeks old — no sooner.
Each puppy also goes home with a little “On My Way Home” bag with transition food and a few puppy necessities to help make those first days a little easier.
Pre-loved. Pre-spoiled. And as a completely free bonus, trained to cuddle. 😂💚
