I'm the breeder behind Mingan French Bulldog located in Punta Gorda, FL. The wellbeing of our dogs is extremely important to us. We see breeding as a way to improve and do our part in bettering the breed. We take health, beauty, and good rearing all into consideration when doing our breedings. We love these dogs and give them all the time and attention they deserve and need to ensure you get the most out of your pup!
About Mingan Kennel
Our dogs are part of the family and live with us in our home, where they receive love, attention, and daily interaction. We are a small hobby breeder with only six French Bulldogs, allowing us to give each one the individual care and love they deserve.
Our entire family is involved in raising and caring for our dogs, and we are also experienced dog trainers. Every one of our dogs is a cherished family member first and foremost.
Our breeding program focuses on the European French Bulldog—the original type that is slightly larger, more robust, and athletic while preserving the classic French Bulldog personality. We love the playful, affectionate, people-oriented nature of the breed. Our Frenchies enjoy cuddling, always want to be close to their humans, and have that wonderfully goofy personality that makes the breed so special.
Before any dog becomes part of our breeding program, we DNA test them for the four most important inherited disorders affecting the breed. We believe responsible breeding starts with carefully selected parents, excellent temperaments, and raising well-socialized French Bulldogs that become beloved members of their families.
