For over 40 years, Eva's Chihuahuas has been a premier AKC Chihuahua preservation breeder in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We specialize in exceptional Long Coat and Smooth Coat Chihuahuas from world-class American and European Champion bloodlines.
Our puppies are home raised with love, carefully socialized, and bred for outstanding health, temperament, beauty, and correct AKC breed type. We produce only a few thoughtfully planned litters each year, placing our puppies in carefully selected, loving homes.

At Eva's Chihuahuas, every puppy is born and raised inside our home in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida—not in a commercial kennel. We produce only a few carefully planned litters each year, allowing each puppy to receive individual love, attention, and early socialization.
Our puppies are raised in a clean, safe, enriching environment and are accustomed to daily household life, people, children, dogs, and cats. From birth, they are handled with care and nurtured to develop confident, affectionate personalities.
