About Susan
LRB Dachshunds is a small, family-based Dachshund breeder located in Gulfport, Mississippi. Our dogs are first and foremost our babies—they live in our home, are very loved and spoiled, and are part of our family.
Our puppies are born and raised in our home with lots of love, attention, and socialization. We have now raised five beautiful litters and remain a small, hands-on breeding program focused on raising happy, healthy puppies and finding them wonderful forever homes.
Our breeding dogs are DNA health tested through Embark, and our puppies go home with age-appropriate vaccinations and dewormings and are CKC registrable. ❤️
About LRB’s Dachshunds
Our dogs are raised in our home and are very much part of our family. We currently have 11 dogs, including 6 breeding Dachshunds, two spayed seniors, a spayed Chihuahua, a neutered rescue Dachshund, and a young puppy.
Our home includes a climate-controlled dog room attached to the house with both heating and air conditioning, large kennels, and a doggie door providing access to our secure outdoor area. Our males primarily stay in this area when our females are in heat or raising puppies, which allows us to safely manage and separate our dogs when needed. They also spend time inside the main house with us.
Our dogs have daily access to our outdoor space for exercise, playtime, and plenty of fresh air. Because we are a small, home-based breeder, we are able to spend lots of hands-on time with our dogs and puppies each day. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, clean, safe environment where our dogs can simply be dogs while also being loved members of our family.
