About Patterson Ranch Little Aussies
Our pups are whelped in the house and are moved outside to the covered porch at approximately 4 weeks old (weather permitting) from there they are moved to our puppy yard with a covered and air conditioned pen. They spend time in our dog barn/kennels and kennel yards with our adult dogs and in the front yard and grass area during play time so they are ready for any living situation that they are exposed to. Most of them end up in pet homes living on the couches and beds of their humans. They learn how to navigate our stairs and go on puppy walks across our gravel roads and through our horse barn. They learn to navigate all manner of surfaces and are fed together and then separately as they get older. Older puppies will get crate/potty trained and leash trained if they are here long enough. They meet all sorts of people and children that come through the ranch and are generally well adjusted and non fearful by the time they land with their forever families. We will ALWAYS take a puppy back if they don’t work out and to date after over a decade of breeding only one puppy has ever come back, no fault of his own, his young single male owner decided he didn’t want the responsibility and a previous client was looking for another and snapped him up instantly. We have MANY repeat clients with multiple dogs from Patterson Ranch Little Aussies.
All puppies come with vet exam/cert, a two year genetic health guarantee, microchip and age appropriate vaccinations as well as a small bag of dog food to get you started, a toy they’ve been playing with, and a few supplement samples from our health supplement company to help with the transition.
Delivery or meeting part way by me can be arranged or cross country options exist as well. Buyers always welcome and encouraged to come to the ranch to meet and pick up their puppy. We have sold puppies in many states across the US.
Please note it is rare for us to post puppies on this site as we usually have a waiting list, however occasionally our females have bigger than average litters and occasionally we have to post who we didn’t have a client for. All of our puppies are high quality and even breed/show quality puppies can be available.
