About Bonnie
Hi! I’m Bonnie from Heaven-Sent Homestead. We’re a Christian family with seven kids who help love and socialize every puppy we raise. I’m a certified service dog trainer, and I use that experience to give each puppy a strong, confident start with early training, socialization, and exposure to real family life.
Our German Shepherds are our pets first, and we raise every litter with intention, integrity, and lots of hands-on care. We’re honored to help place our puppies in loving homes. Please reach out — I’m always happy to answer questions!
About Heaven Sent Homestead
Welcome to Heaven Sent Homestead, a small, faith-centered family, & growing homestead where our German Shepherds are raised with love, purpose, and hands-on care. We are not a large-scale breeder — our dogs are our family pets first, and any puppies we raise are an extension of that love.
With seven children in our home, every puppy grows up surrounded by constant affection, play, and socialization. They’re introduced early to everyday household life, children of all ages, other dogs, chickens, ducks, a horse, and the natural sounds and sights of our rural environment. This helps build confident, well-adjusted puppies who transition smoothly into their new homes.
As a certified service dog trainer, I carry those skills into the way we raise our litters. Our puppies are started on:
* Basic confidence-building
* Early obedience foundations
* On- and off-leash exposure
* Crate introduction
* Clicker conditioning
We believe God has entrusted us with these animals, and we do our best to honor Him through excellent care, integrity, and transparency in all we do.
At Heaven Sent Homestead, you can expect puppies that are:
* Raised in our home, not in kennels
* Loved and handled daily by adults and children
* Exposed to a variety of sights, sounds, animals & environments
* Given early training foundations for a successful future
* Healthy, confident, and ready to bond with their new families

Puppy Updates
Our puppies are doing wonderfully and are currently staying at our NC home with both of their parents. They are receiving early care and social interaction, and will soon be moving to our VA home where they will begin expanded socialization, meet our homestead animals, and participate in more structured training sessions.
Right now, the puppies are eating solid food, UTD on all vaccinations including Coronavirus, dewormed, using the doggie door, and going potty outside.
