I am a retired RN, BSN and also a widow. My dogs are my friends and bring me great joy. They are always happy and
Always glad to see me. They live in the house with me - not as kennel dogs. It brings so much joy to me to be able to share the joy that puppies can bring to a family/person.
They are AKC miniature Poodles. Parents are health tested and OFA’d.
I raise my puppies using early EIN stimulation, I whelp them in A private room where they receive extensive EIN stimulation and handling, then, when 3-4 weeks old, we switch to a bed with piddle pads to begin the weaning process. Later, at 5-6 weeks old, they go ‘kindergarten’ to include a Play area outside so they can run and play and enjoy the sun. At this point, they are starting house training and learning new surfaces and sounds to help increase their sense of confidence.

About KaRon’s Miniature Poodles
As newborns, I start them out in a private room where they receive extensive EIN stimulation and handling. By about 3-4 weeks, the area is changed to a bed and piddle pads and then the puppies progress to outside play with naps in their indoor space. They know, when they come in from play, it’s nap time. (However, being the happy little pups that they are, they occasionally play for a Little bit before sleep once inside again.) They are hand carried from their space to outside where I can examine each puppy and love on them while in transport.
