Looney Farm’s is a small breeding program. We take extreme pride in our breeding program. Tails are left intact on each puppy. Every breeding adult has had Health/DNA testing with CLEAR results. Every female receives pre- post- natal vitamins. They recieve Trupanion 30 day free health insurance without obligation to purchase. Each puppy is pre-spoiled and raised indoors underfoot as part of the family. Puppies are litter box/pee pad trained so that they are not exposed to disease that may linger outdoors. Each puppy is microchipped and registered for life at no cost to the buyer. Each puppy comes with their own puppy pack with items that are specifically chosen for each puppy when they leave for their new homes. Each puppy will receive a final vet check before leaving for their new home to ensure that they are healthy. Breeder can arrange day and times to meet buyer 1 hour from the farm at a designation spot that is public and close to major highways. If the buyer is unable to pick up their puppy in person, ground transportation (transport fee is paid by buyer) with a reputable company or the breeder is willing to fly the puppy in cabin. If in cabin flight is chosen then the buyer is responsible for a same day round trip ticket pet in cabin fees and breeders fee for delivery.

Looney Farms takes the health and wellbeing of their dogs and puppies very seriously. All of our adult dogs are genetically tested through Embark with the results coming back as clear. All the puppies are born in doors and raised underfoot. They do not see the inside of a kennel. All puppies are undocked (keeping their tails intact). This action reduces stress from the puppies, mom, and the breeder. When the puppies are stressed at that young of age, they don’t nurse well and are constantly crying which stresses mom and her milk production, and when the puppies are crying, unable to be consoled, the breeder is at a loss. We also issue microchips from each puppy and register it to the buyer as primary and Looney Farm’s permanent/secondary at no cost to the buyer. We have a 1 year guarantee for each puppy along with an offer from Trupanion for 30 days of insurance without obligation to purchase after the trial along with many other items in their “Puppy Go Home” bag. Puppies are dewormed every two weeks and up-to-date on all vaccinations. To maintain cleanliness of the puppies living environment, the floors are mopped with Rescue twice a day and in between as needed, sanitization with Rescue is done weekly and sterilization with a room UV light (rated for the square footage of the room) monthly unless there is a positive fecal float test. Then deep cleaning followed by the UV light for 1 week or until a negative result is received.
