I have been a small home breeder of Yorkies/Morkies for the past 10+ years. I focused on raising/breeding Traditional yorkies, Biewer yorkies, Merle yorkies (sometimes with blue eyes) as well as morkies and merle morkies. I started breeding because I just ADORED the breed and one wasn't enough. LOL Yorkies are like potato chips, you can't just have one! I realized not only did I have a passion for the breed, but also for helping the moms bring their puppies into the world. Nurturing those babies and raising them to be loving, sweet, cuddling furever family members. Yes, I speak about my "dogs" as if they are children because to me - they ARE my furry kids. They all have their own individual personalities and it's a delight to watch them blossom into who they are!
My Furry "parents" and pups are raised under foot with a lot of love and affection. Most of my furries sleep with me unless there's a mom & puppies that need their private space.
You know you're living your passion and doing right by your dogs, when your vet compliments you on how loving and friendly your puppies/dogs are. My furry kids LOVE people, I LOVE dogs lol.
Connecting someone that needs a loving companion is an amazing feeling. I have felt blessed to be able to do that for people that truly need the unconditional love from a furry family member.
All my dogs/puppies REQUIRE the potential adopter to fill out an application before you can meet the babies. There are alot of scams out there and my babies are precious to me and I'm very concerned about who adopts them and that they are treated as a member of the family they are going to. My babies need a responsible, loving and caring pet parent who will love them, appreciate them, and treat them as a member of their FAMILY! If your attitude is that a dog is just a "DOG", please don't apply for one of my babies.
A lot of money, energy (from the time I wake up until i go to sleep at night) and care go into raising my dogs and their pups. If your application is approved, it means your information was verified and we think you'll make a wonderful home for our babies. Please include an email for your reference as I reach out to see what kind of pet family your are before approving your application.
I don't ship my pups because I work full time and don't have the time or energy to deal with transporting them. I feel the only way to see if you're a right fit for our pups, is to meet the person adopting directly.
As we get halfway to the end of 2026, I (sadly) will be retiring from breeding. I have yet another cancer surgery and am increasingly struggling to keep up with the demands that breeding requires. If I have a mom that is pregnant before the end of 2026, it will be my last litter (falling into 2027). I have treasured this chapter of my life and not looking forward to it's end, but am looking forward to some well-deserved down time.
Hopefully you'll find me and my dogs before I retire.

PS Not every yorkie's ears are upright. Even though we try gluing or taping the ears up, sometimes they just don't obey. Plus once they get back to their littermates, the others play with it til it comes off!!!
Prices vary due to size, sex, color, and especially EYE color. They are dewormed and vet checked with at least their first distemper shot before they leave my home. Puppies don't leave until 10wks of age! If they haven't reached 2.5 lbs by that time, they stay until they do because I don't breed for tiny because of the change of losing them to hypoglycemia.
Whether you're a pup owner for the first time or have had SEVERAL dogs throughout your life, I still send informational documents to all my families to help prepare them for their new furry family member. These documents include what you need to know to have the best start to a wonderful life together! The food to get, the toys, the bed, the crate, potty-training, separation anxiety, all so you can have the smoothest transition. I've had so many families come back for second babies or send their family and friends for a playmate!

INFORMATION ABOUT BIEWER YORKIES: The Biewer Terriers are a breed named after the couple that started their line: Werner and Gertrud Biewer. January 20, 1984, the first documented black, white, and tan Yorkshire puppy was born into their pack, and three months later, another arrived. These rare puppies possessed the piebald gene not usually found in Yorkies. They eventually settled on the name Biewer Yorkshire Terrier. This breed made its debut to the public in 1986.
INFORMATION ABOUT MERLE YORKIES:The Merle Yorkie was developed by crossing the Black-Tan Yorkshire Terrier with the Red Merle Yorkshire Terrier to create an even more unique dog breed. The Merle Yorkie has a tawny-red coat, undercoat, and the distinctive spots of its tan parent.
