My journey into raising small breed dogs commenced with a deep affection for my first companion, Romeo. He was a Maltese/Shih-tzu, and he was truly the best dog ever. I cherished him for fourteen wonderful years. He had an uncanny ability to sense when I was feeling down and would always try to cheer me up. I will always miss him, but he ignited a passion in me for raising small breed dogs, particularly Shih-tzus. This passion has extended to other small breeds, including Maltese, miniature Poodles, and some designer breeds like Maltipoos, Shihpoos, and Malshis. I chose these breeds primarily for their hypoallergenic and low-shedding qualities. Furthermore, their size makes them suitable for any home or living situation. I have been raising these dogs for nearly eight years now, and I cherish every moment. My puppies are born and raised within my home, but they also have access to a spacious backyard where they can play, exercise, and enjoy the sunshine.
