Welcome to Duarte Pups! We're a small, family-run household in Southern California devoted to raising healthy, confident, well-loved companions.
Our beautiful merle female, Boba, and tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi male, Panda, welcomed their 2026 litter on July 24. Our available puppies will be ready to join their forever families after September 18, 2026.
🐶 More Than Raising Puppies
We put a lot of time and care into preparing each puppy for the transition from our family to yours. Their early development begins from their very first week and includes:
🔊 Sound desensitization to common household and everyday noises
🌱 Early potty training beginning around 3 weeks old. By just 4 weeks, approximately 80% of the litter's potty trips are already happening in their designated potty area.
🛏️ Positive crate introduction and early crate training. Our puppies already voluntarily choose their crate for naps and quiet time.
✂️ Nail-trimming and paw-handling desensitization beginning in Week 1 to build comfort with routine handling and nail care.
❤️ Age-appropriate socialization with people and appropriately introduced dogs
🐾 Regular handling, play, enrichment, and individual attention
Our goal is to send each puppy home with a strong foundation for potty training, crate training, grooming, socialization, and everyday family life that their new family can continue building upon.
🩺 Health & Veterinary Care
Before going home, each puppy will receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a veterinary health evaluation, and health documentation. Puppies are also placed with a health guarantee and puppy contract.
🎓 Support After Going Home
Local families receive access to a complimentary training consultation with our resident dog trainer, who has more than 20 years of experience in the pet-professional field. We're also happy to remain a resource as your puppy settles into their new home.

Each puppy goes home with:
🐾 Food & water bowls
🐾 Harness & leash
🐾 Puppy food
🐾 Potty pads
🐾 A blanket carrying the familiar scent of their littermates
AKC pedigree information for both parents is available upon request.
🏡 Reservations
We are currently accepting inquiries and reservations for available puppies.
A $500 deposit reserves your selected puppy, with the remaining balance due in full at pickup.
Puppies will be ready to join their new families after September 18, 2026. Pickup is available in Duarte, California, and delivery or exchange can also be arranged throughout Southern California.

About Duarte Pups
Home Raised From Day One 🏡🐾
Our puppies are raised inside our home—not in an outdoor kennel environment. They have their own dedicated, temperature-controlled puppy space where they stay comfortable, safe, and close to our family.
Their environment is cleaned and maintained daily, with their setup changing as they grow and reach new developmental milestones.
As they've gotten older, their space has expanded to include a comfortable sleeping/crate area, dedicated potty area, and room for play and enrichment.
We use a potty system with 100% alfalfa pellets and a raised grate. The natural grass-like scent helps establish a consistent potty cue, while the grate helps keep little paws separated from their mess.
Their crate is kept as a positive, comfortable part of their environment, never just a place they're put into. We're especially proud that the puppies are already choosing to enter the crate themselves for naps and quiet time. ❤️
Throughout the day, they experience the normal sights and sounds of a family home while receiving plenty of interaction, handling, play, and affection.
As they grow, we continue introducing new sounds, surfaces, experiences, people, appropriately introduced dogs, and age-appropriate enrichment to help them become comfortable and confident with the world around them.
Our setup isn't just about keeping puppies comfortable for eight weeks. It's designed to help prepare them for the homes and families they'll spend the rest of their lives with. 🐶❤️
