My name is Rebecca, and I am the owner of PAWSitive Cheeky Chihuahua LLC. We are a small, in-home hobby breeder of AKC Chihuahuas located near historic Williamsburg, Virginia. 🐾💕
Our Chihuahuas are much more than breeding dogs—they are cherished members of our family. Our dogs and puppies are raised right alongside my husband, our three children, and me in our home. Our children, ages 8, 10, and 13, are very involved with our puppies from birth, gently handling, loving, and playing with them as they grow.
We believe raising our puppies in a busy, loving family environment provides them with invaluable early socialization and helps them develop into happy, confident, and well-adjusted companions. Our puppies are typically outgoing little personalities—full of wagging tails, kisses, and plenty of Chihuahua charm! We take tremendous pride in the wonderful temperaments we see in the puppies we raise.

Health, Temperament & Bettering the Breed
Our goal is to continually improve our lines while focusing first and foremost on health and temperament. We strive to produce healthy, quality Chihuahuas that are wonderful representatives of the breed and loving family companions.
We take the health of our breeding program seriously. Our breeding adults undergo Embark genetic health testing for more than 200 genetic health risks, and we work toward OFA/CHIC health certifications, including the breed-recommended evaluations for the heart, patellas, and eyes. We believe healthy, carefully selected parents give our puppies the very best possible start in life. 💗
We are continually evaluating and improving our program, making thoughtful breeding decisions with the long-term health, temperament, and quality of our Chihuahuas at the center of everything we do.
