Deposit & Appointment Policy
Due to increasing incidents of scams, we require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total cost to reserve a puppy thought Zelle, Cash App or Wise.
Once the deposit is received, you will have a 15-day window to schedule an in-person appointment to meet the puppy. During this visit, you may decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase.
If you decide not to move forward, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If no appointment is scheduled or kept within the 15-day timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
