About Jennifer
Hi! I’m located in Jacksonville FL. I love German Shepherds and the relationships we form with one another. I am a hobby breeder and I not a backyard breeder. The health of my family dogs come first, so I will not always have a litter and I have never had more than 1 litter at a time. This is not my main income and I do this out of love for the breed. I want to better the breed and make sure that I can produce healthy family pets that are affordable. The puppies are raised in my home with my family pets. I will be starting IPO training with my dogs here this spring/summer. I haven't had the time to commit to this training until recently and we are very excited to start. The puppies are at home dewormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks. They are then seen at the vet at 8 weeks old for the 1st shots and a FL inspection for a clean bill of health. The puppies will not go to their new homes until the vet gives a clean bill of health. When considering getting this breed, please make sure you are working with a reputable breeder. Look for breeders that Perform health testing on their dogs Perform hip and elbow testing on both parents That they provide AKC paperwork (German shepherds are not considered purebred without AKC paperwork) Have the health, hip and elbow testing registered with OFA and AKC. You will be able to pull up the verified information on OFA website by the parents AKC registration number. Our puppies are socialized with people, dogs and even have some socialization to our family cat. Parents are health tested and free and clear of the 7 common German shepherd diseases: CLAD, DM, HEMA, HUU, XHED, MPSVII, and RCND. OFA Hip mom and dad: pass All come with AKC papers and all testing is registered with OFA and AKC.
