As a small-scale, family-oriented breeder in West Michigan, my goal is to preserve the exceptional genetics of our beloved multigenerational Goldendoodles, Sunday and Cowboy, through thoughtful and limited breeding. We are not a high-volume operation; we plan to breed only twice to retain the unique qualities of our dogs, ensuring their legacy continues in healthy, well-socialized puppies. Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment at "The Woods," our property in Nunica, MI, where they are surrounded by kids and all sorts of hobby farm life.
We prioritize natural care when possible to promote the puppies' well-being. From setting up a clean, comfortable whelping area to using high-quality nutrition, we focus on giving our puppies the best start in life. Our commitment to responsible breeding includes thorough health checks, careful socialization, and a buying process that ensures each puppy finds a suitable, loving home.
About The Woods Goldendoodles
The Woods is our 25-acre hobby farm, where our dogs are family first. They enjoy indoor-outdoor living with more than three acres to run, explore and play, along with regular walks and exercise. We have three adult dogs who share everyday life with our family. We chose to breed not because we wanted “breeding dogs,” but because we love our dogs, their wonderful temperaments, and the life they share with us—and wanted the opportunity to pass those qualities on.
