At Joy in the Morning Shih Tzus, we are a small home breeder in beautiful Burnsville, North Carolina, raising happy, healthy puppies with lots of love and attention. Our puppies are played with daily by our daughter, socialized with other dogs and cats, and will begin puppy pad training before going to their new homes. ❤️
