The Puppies and Parents are owned and raised by me.
I raise these pups myself from day one.
Ellie, her siblings and her parents are raised in my home as part of our Family and are handled every day.
My puppies will be Very Sociable Puppies as they mature because of the time I spend with them.
I am Very proud to say I receive compliments from the vet as to how friendly, alert, happy, playful and clean they are.
My pups have always been healthy - I have never any complaints of rashes, skin allergies, excessive ear or eye infections.
Ellie's Tail Is Docked
Her Dew Claws are removed
Her Ears Will Be Taped when she's old enough to encourage Standing
At Eight Weeks of age - May 5th, she will receive a Vet Exam by a Licensed Veterinarian, her first set of shots, be declared worm and parasite free, Microchipped and issued a Health Certificate -
Once these things are completed at Eight Weeks Old, she will be ready to go to her new home and family.
We are Located near Ocala.
Pictures will be kept current with the ad.
Due to scammers wanting to receive pictures of my puppies to scam other people out of
deposits for puppies THEY DON'T have, I WILL NOT send additional pictures
to you.
I WILL NOT send pictures of the parents either - pictures of past puppies have been provided with this ad so that you can see what they will look like at the 8 week mark.
Your understanding and cooperation on this is greatly appreciated.
To reserve Ellie requires a $100.00 non refundable holding fee through Zelle
The purchase price is 900.00 less 100.00 holding fee would leave a balance due of $800.00
due in CASH at the time of pick up.
A receipt will be provided for your records
The receipt provided will show all the details - what you are purchasing, purchase price, less holding fee, balance due, etc.
Meeting in person to view Ellie prior to placing a holding fee IS an option. We will meet in a Public place - This is NOT because I have anything to hide but because in the past I had someone steal a Momma dog and the entire litter of puppies. I have also had someone carry in Parvo to my home which killed an ENTIRE litter of puppies.
So to eliminate these possibilities from repeating themselves, this is the steps I CHOOSE to take to protect myself and my fur babies.

Frequently Asked Questions
About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies
About Yorkshire Terrier Puppies
How would you describe a Yorkshire Terrier?
The little Yorkshire Terrier thinks they're Great Danes, and like most terriers, are bold, brave, and independent. They are very intelligent and develop deep bonds with their owners. Full-grown, they typically weigh 4-7 pounds and stand 8-9 inches tall.
Do Yorkshire Terriers do well in a busy household?
Yorkshire Terriers are generally excellent with children of all ages. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They're fairly vocal dogs that bark regularly.
How do I keep a Yorkshire Terrier physically active?
The Yorkshire Terrier can have most of their exercise needs met through indoor play, but they prefer a daily walk or romp in a fenced-in yard. They don't need much exercise, so don't wear your Yorkie out too much, but they will need to play with their families throughout the day. Overall, their exercise needs are high.
Do Yorkshire Terriers shed a lot?
Yorkies' coats can be a bit high maintenance, especially for those with the long, silky coat. Long coats require professional maintenance, including adding oil and wrapping the coats in rice or tissue paper, along with weekly washings. The Yorkshire Terrier has no undercoat, and they do shed a small amount. Grooming-wise, this breed is high-maintenance. Yorkshire Terriers are considered hypoallergenic, which can be a plus for allergy sufferers.
Can a Yorkshire Terrier live in an apartment?
Yorkshire Terriers are best suited for apartments and smaller homes. Because of their diminutive stature, Yorkies are well-suited to apartment life, but households with young children are not recommended unless carefully supervised. They are fairly easy to train.

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
