Meet our boy Maverick. Maverick is your typical husky.. outgoing, curious, hyper, strong willed, and goofy. He loves to be with his people and will always be excited to see you. Maverick has been very very well socialized so he thinks everyone and everything is his friend. Anyone who comes to visit must say hello to Maverick as well. He is great with other dogs, cats, and kids. He loves kids!!! He knows basic commands such as sit, shake, lay down, stay, and corner(he gets time out once in awhile). His favorite snack ever is a nice cold crisp apple. I would make sure to keep apples out of his reach/eye sight bc he will eat them all. He loves to go on walks and car rides. Swimming at the lake is another past time he enjoys. Being able to RUN... That's the all time favorite right there. Which is why we have chosen to re-home him. He is on a lead in small yard and can't get the exercise he needs. We keep trying to get to a place where we can move and he can have the space he needs but life keeps lifen and it just isn't working out for us. Please don't judge us. Maverick is our boy. We love him more than you know and that is why we need him to go to an amazing home that is better suited for such an amazing boy. He is still intact. We were going to breed him as we had people who wanted to breed their females with him but again.. life. He has an amazing temperament and has NEVER bitten. He has gently put his mouth over our cats head and just sat there and looked at us lol. But he loves Haze and would never hurt her. In fact he lets us know if she gets outside or if she is trying to cross the road. He knows she isn't supposed to so he will alert us. I could go on and on about Maverick. He really is an amazing dog. His vocals would be his only downfall lol. Once he found his voice.. he never stopped using it lol. If you ask him "who's my Maverick"... Just be prepared bc he is gonna let you know! He loves being brushed and tolerates baths... He doesn't want to hold still. He loves to play catch and chase random objects blowing through the yard. We never did get his paperwork from the breeder but the vet said you'd be able to take him to any vet and they can do the tests needed to get him registered. He is amazing. Everyone we know loves him and gets excited when they see we have brought him. Please help us find our goofy boy the home he deserves. You have no idea how hard it is for me to write this. He's my boy. He's my Mav. My number is 936-707-4440. Please don't judge us. We are wanting what is best for him.

About
Siberian Husky
Puppies
What are Siberian Huskys known for?
With kind personalities, insatiable curiosity, and energy for days, the Siberian Husky is a dog that loves their family yet can’t wait to escape. If you’re bringing one of these pups into your home, keep the fences high, the temperature cool, and the vacuum nearby. Full-grown, they typically weigh 35-60 pounds and stand 20-24 inches tall.
Are Siberian Huskys safe around children?
Siberian Huskys are generally excellent with children of all ages. The Siberian Husky gets along well with other Huskies, but they need to be trained carefully to play nicely with other pets. These dogs tend to be aggressive toward cats and other foreign animals. They're very vocal and bark quite a lot.
What activities do Siberian Huskys enjoy most?
The Siberian Husky was bred to pull a heavy sled for countless miles, and their intense activity needs remain today. If you can't have them pull a sled, let your Husky run alongside you as you jog or ride a bicycle, ideally for at least an hour every day. These dogs get destructive and loud if they don’t get enough exercise, so activity is a requirement, not a preference. Overall, their exercise needs are very high.
How often should I brush a Siberian Husky?
Siberian Huskies have a dense, smooth undercoat and coarse outer coat of short, straight hair. You can find them in many color combinations, but the most common are pure white or white with black, grey, or copper-red, all with blond markings. Siberian Huskies “blow” their long hair twice a year. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
Where do Siberian Huskys do best — city or country?
Siberian Huskys are best suited for a house with a good-sized yard. Because of their size and long coat, Siberian Huskies are not well-suited to apartments or warm climates. They are moderately trainable with consistent effort.
Puppy Buyer's FAQ
See Full Guide Here
Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
