You can't call a 8 week old puppy a teacup because parents are tiny cause some puppies out grow there parents. But Pixie is @ 7 months old and a little over 3lbs is considered a teacup sizes even in a Yorkie @ 7 months old be 3lbs a little over still a tiny teacup size.
