Chica’s story almost ended before it ever truly started.
She was rescued after being left behind alone at an apartment. We were called in to help, and from the moment we picked her up, she was nothing but sweet despite everything she had been through.
Since rescuing her, she has completely blossomed into the happiest little companion. Watching her transform from an abandoned tiny dog into the loving, affectionate girl she is today has been incredibly rewarding.
She’s around 7–9 months old, currently weighs about 7 lbs, and is expected to stay very small — likely under 8 lbs full grown.
