Our Golden Retrievers had a litter with beautiful, healthy pups! (We are not breeders, just a family who is raising a litter of pups for new homes.). We have enjoyed watching the pups grow, learn & explore. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~🐶 Specific info on the Schaefer pups: ~Born Sunday, March 22nd. ~Most are lighter, some medium, some dark. ~4 Female, 5 Males ~Healthy & active. ~We'll give dewormer, immunizations/shots & supplements. ~Mom & Dad are purebred Retrievers. Mother Willow is a Golden Retriever. Father Crescendo is an English Cream. ( "Golden" and "English cream" are just a color difference, not a breed difference.) 🐶 ~Currently the females have tree names since their mom is named Willow and the boys have music names after their dad Crescendo. Girls: Cedar, Maple, Juniper/Juni & Hazel. Boys: Rhythm, Reed, Staccato, Riff &Lyric. ~Our family of 9 is raising these 9 puppies to have a good start at their new homes. Gently handled by my kids & kept indoors near us so far. ~Friendly & used to interaction with people & other animals. ~They'll stay with mom for 8 weeks & be very ready to go by 12 weeks, so anytime after May 17th (eight weeks) they can be adopted. ~ Several of the puppies have been reserved already. ~We are offering to give you a top choice if you connect with us. After selecting your puppy, we'll hold it for you if you put $100 down. ~You are welcome to schedule to visit these cuties. ~Connect with me & we can give you our address, answer specific questions, send more pictures or list specific vet checks they've already had. Puppy Buyer's FAQ
See Full Guide Here

Visit or Video Call the Breeder
Visit in person if possible, or request a live video call to meet the puppy, see its living conditions, and meet the mom. Ask to see where the dogs eat, sleep, and play.
Get a Vet Exam Immediately
Have a vet examine the puppy within two days of bringing it home, even if it seems healthy.
Request Complete Health Records
Ask for vaccination records, deworming history, and vet exam results. For purebreds, ask for parent health clearances.
Get Everything in Writing
Written contract with health guarantees, return/refund policy, and spay/neuter terms. Verbal promises are unenforceable.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Pay with a credit card or another traceable method that offers buyer protection. Avoid wire transfers, crypto, or gift cards, which are difficult to recover.
Verify Breeder Credentials
Check USDA license, state breeder license, breed club memberships, and reviews. Ask for buyer references.
Know What to Look For
A trustworthy breeder welcomes visits, specializes in one or two breeds, prices fairly, and gives you time to decide without pressure.
Know Your State's Laws
Some states have lemon laws; others rely on contract law. Know your rights before you buy.
