🤠 Texas — Male Standard Golden Mountain Doodle 🐾 Meet Texas (Yellow Collar), one of the handsome little cowboys from Letty’s Wild West Roundup Litter — a beautiful litter of 15 standard-size Golden Mountain Doodles born April 19th. Texas is a sweet, sturdy boy with a big presence and an easy-to-love personality. He has that classic “good ol’ boy” charm — lovable, steady, playful, and fun to have around. Texas is approximately 62.5% Poodle, 25% Golden Retriever, and 12.5% Bernese Mountain Dog. His mom, Letty, is 50% Poodle and 50% Golden Retriever and weighs approximately 55 lbs. His dad is 75% Poodle and 25% Bernese Mountain Dog and weighs approximately 82 lbs. These puppies are expected to mature in the standard-size range, though individual adult size may vary. This mix brings together Poodle intelligence and lower-shedding coat potential, Golden Retriever friendliness, and Bernese Mountain Dog calmness. Texas has been raised in our home and loved as our own. He has completed Early Neurological Stimulation, also called ENS, and Early Scent Introduction, also called ESI. He has also been raised with age-appropriate socialization, household sounds, handling, grooming exposure, different surfaces, and confidence-building experiences through the Rule of 7s. He is already litter box trained and will begin basic obedience exposure, crate training, and potty training before going home. Texas has a wonderful companion-style personality with a nice mix of playfulness, sweetness, and confidence. He may be a great fit for a family looking for a loyal, affectionate puppy who can grow into a fun everyday buddy. As he grows, he will benefit from continued positive training, socialization, structure, and a consistent routine. The adoption price is $1,500. Texas’s price includes his first two deworming doses, first vaccines at 6 weeks, an 8-week booster before going home, full records from birth, weight tracking, temperament testing results, deworming and vaccination records, and a gallon bag of puppy food to help with the transition. Texas’s go-home date is anytime after June 16th, after he receives his second dose of vaccines. He will still need additional vaccine boosters at 12 and 16 weeks, rabies, continued deworming, and regular wellness care with his new veterinarian. We recommend scheduling a wellness visit within 72 hours of adoption.
