Honestly, it all started with Archibald.
I had never planned on becoming a dog breeder. I just wanted a great family dog, and somehow I ended up with the best dog I’ve ever had. Archibald is a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, and he is basically the mayor of my children’s consignment store. He comes to work with me every day, greets every customer who walks through the door, and absolutely LOVES kids. Families adore him, and I can’t tell you how many people have told me, “I want a dog just like him!”
After seeing what an incredible family dog he is, I fell completely in love with the breed. We eventually added Saoirse to our family, and after a couple of years of watching these two become best friends, we decided to let them have a litter.
Our goal is simple: to raise happy, healthy Wheaten puppies with the same wonderful temperament that makes Archibald such an amazing dog. These puppies are being raised right here with our family, with lots of love, handling, attention and, of course, plenty of exposure to kids.
I truly believe everyone should have a Wheaten Terrier. They are funny, affectionate, smart, goofy, people-loving dogs, and once you have one, it’s pretty hard not to fall completely in love with them.
