About Sharon
My journey into the world of breeding began with my first dog named Lacey, Lacey came to me with elbow dysplasia and other health issues, those issues opened my eyes to the importance of responsible, ethical breeding. What started as a desire to better understand how to take best care of the dog I loved grew into a passion for breed preservation, health, and down the line - showing. With the help and guidance of a close family friend, I found my way into the show world and eventually welcomed Mimosa, or Mosa for short, into my life.
Now 4 and a half years old, Mosa will always hold a special place in my heart as my foundation girl and the dog who helped turn this passion into a program. Mosa earned her AKC Grand Champion Bronze title before the age of two and has since had two litters, from her first litter she has already produced two AKC Grand Champions! Watching her accomplishments and seeing the next generation carry on the qualities I value so much has made this journey incredibly rewarding.
As a small, preservation-minded hobby breeder, we typically have just one carefully planned litter each year. Our dogs are family first, and we believe that breeding is a responsibility that should always be approached with thoughtfulness, honesty, and a genuine love for the breed. All of our dogs are health tested to or beyond CHIC standards, are titled, and are dogs we believe—and have proven— to represent the breed standard in both temperament and structure.
Above all, our goal is to produce sound dogs in both mind and body while preserving the qualities that make this breed so special. We are continually learning, growing, and striving to do right by the dogs we love, always keeping their health, happiness, and the future of the breed at the heart of everything we do.
