We have been living with and loving Airedales
for 35 years in connection with Jolee Aire. We have always strived to have our Airedales be very good representatives of their awesome breed, but most of all, have wonderful temperaments. We have always thought that introducing them to as many things as we can helps to prepare them for going into their new homes and families, so everything isn't introduced to them all at once. We get them used to being on a grooming table, being groomed, brushed, clipped, and handled. Also used to having toe nails cut and filed. We also introduce them to being in a crate. We make lots of noises and banging when we are preparing food and giving it to them so they get used to loud noises. Each puppy gets handled and cuddled alot. Also, we introduce them to children several times. Puppies come with some food they are used to, lots of informational paper work, AKC registration paper, paper from vet saying they have had stools checked and there are no worms, a new collar, and some toys. They have been vet checked when they had tails and dew claws taken care of. They have 1st set of inoculations. We provide an e-mail address for an experienced person to help you with any questions or concerns you my have after you take your puppy home.
