Birch is a rough and tumble boy who loves to play hard and is a dedicated snuggler. He does well with a few seconds to think about new things.
This handsome boy gets the zoomies especially with other dogs and anyone who will run with him. He enjoys following his people to whatever task, play, or resting that they are doing, and takes snuggling very seriously. Birch will lick and wag all over you if you are upset, and will continue this ritual until you laugh.
Birch has been good with vet visits and car rides, usually resting while quietly observing all that is going on around him. Birch is very calm during all grooming sessions, be it nail clipping, a bath, or a full clip over. This good boy has lived with the family cat since he was born and has enjoyed her company, be it just a quick hi or a good game of chase.
Birch likes a good soft cotton rope toy and carries it around in hopes of a game.
While Birch can be super quiet and thoughtful, he also can be very outgoing.Bich is a sturdy little dog, and could be trained in helping tasks for deafness, diabetes alert, heart issues, or allergy detection.
