Border Collie Puppies — Ready to Go Home September 18th, 2026
For families traveling from out of town, we may be able to meet at Orlando International Airport for a $100 travel fee on select weekdays (Monday–Friday).
Each puppy will go home with:
• Age-appropriate vaccinations
• Fecal testing and routine deworming
• Microchip identification
• Limited (non-breeding) registration papers
• Veterinary exam and Florida Health Certificate
Puppies will be registered through Continental Kennel Club. You will receive your puppy’s registration application at the time of pick-up.
We send puppies home with a starter bag of Purina Pro Plan Puppy Lamb & Rice. You are welcome to transition to another food if preferred. Please do so gradually and follow the feeding guidelines on the bag or consult your veterinarian.

Training & Care Recommendations
• Potty training begins at approximately 4–5 weeks of age and should continue consistently in the new home.
• Crate training is introduced only for puppies remaining with us beyond 8 weeks of age.
• Recommended toys: Kong brand toys in a variety of textures and sizes.
• Avoid treats and bones during the first few weeks at home, as they commonly cause gastrointestinal upset and diarrhea.
• Recommended crate size: 30-inch wire crate for growing puppies.
• For safety reasons, we do not recommend placing blankets, towels, or potty pads inside the crate, as ingestion can lead to serious intestinal blockages. Because of this, puppies will not go home with blankets.

Please consult your local veterinarian regarding vaccine schedules and deworming protocols, as recommendations may vary by region and individual puppy needs.
Parasites are very common in young puppies, and routine deworming should continue after your puppy goes home. Your veterinarian will help determine the most appropriate prevention and treatment plan.

These dogs are average shedders that don’t need much grooming. Brush them once or twice a week to keep their coats clean, and only bathe them when needed. Grooming-wise, this breed is moderate.
How much space does a Border Collie need?
Border Collies are best suited for a home with a yard, though they can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise. They’re adaptable to just about any living setting, so as long as they get enough exercise and attention, they will be happy spending time indoors, outdoors, in warm climates, or cooler places.
