Blue is a very loving, fluffy, friendly Great Pyrenees, wonderful with children and other pets. He loves to play and is very trainable. He's neutered and would make an excellent best friend or therapy dog with continued training. He comes with Elsa, who grew up with him. They are not biological siblings, but they have been together since Blue was six weeks old and Elsa was about three months old, and they share a very special bond. We would love for them to stay together if possible. Blue is calm, gentle, and like a big teddy bear, while Elsa is more like a happy, energetic toddler who loves games, adventures, and spending time with her people. Despite her playful personality, she is calm and relaxed when everything around her is peaceful. Both dogs are incredibly affectionate, gentle, and have never shown aggression toward people. They are wonderful companions who thrive on love and attention. As Great Pyrenees, they are naturally loyal, intelligent, and protective guardians. Originally bred to protect livestock, they have excellent instincts and will alert you by barking if something seems unusual. When necessary, they are confident enough to scare away unwanted visitors, making them excellent farm guardians while remaining loving family dogs. They truly deserve a home with plenty of space to run and enjoy life. A farm, ranch, or home with acreage would be ideal, although any family with a large, securely fenced yard and an active lifestyle could also be a great fit. They are not apartment dogs, they need room to stretch their legs and do what Great Pyrenees were bred to do. It breaks our hearts to rehome them. If we had a home with land, we would never let them go. Unfortunately, due to our current living situation and limited space, we cannot give them the life they deserve. Our only goal is to find them a forever home where they will be deeply loved, cherished, and treated as family. Serious inquiries only. We are looking for a loving family, not someone looking for just another dog, but people who understand this wonderful breed and are committed to giving Elsa and Blue the happy, active, and loving life they deserve. They will repay you with endless loyalty, unconditional love, and lifelong companionship. The price is for them both.

Frequently Asked Questions
About Great Pyrenees Puppies

How would you describe a Great Pyrenees?
This stunning white dog is as beautiful as their mountainous homeland. Great Pyrenees are loving, large, and in charge. They’re a gentle, family-oriented dog most of the time, but will step in to protect their “flock” if danger is near. Full-grown, they typically weigh 85-115 pounds and stand 25-32 inches tall.
How do Great Pyreneess behave around young children?
Great Pyreneess are generally okay with older children who know how to handle dogs. This breed can be a good friend to any dog, animal, child, or visitor. Great Pyrenees may be initially uncomfortable with unknown people and pets, but they become more comfortable over time, especially if they’re socialized early. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
What activities do Great Pyreneess enjoy most?
Great Pyrenees need a fair amount of daily exercise, including at least a leashed walk or playtime in a large yard. This breed is known for running away when off-leash, so make sure all play areas are fenced and secured. Many Great Pyrenees also like swimming and hiking, particularly in cold weather. Overall, their exercise needs are very high.
Are Great Pyreneess high-maintenance when it comes to grooming?
Great Pyrenees have a double coat of weather-resistant hair. Their outer coat is long, flat, and thick, with coarse hairs that are straight or slightly wavy. The undercoat is dense, fine, and wooly. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
Can a Great Pyrenees live in an apartment?
Great Pyreneess are best suited for a house with a good-sized yard. The heat may irritate their skin, so they’re better suited for cold climates or indoor spaces. Great Pyrenees are big dogs that enjoy moderate amounts of activity, so they prefer homes over apartments or small spaces. They are moderately trainable with consistent effort.
