Bella is 99.9%Solid Pewter Blue, but she does have about 15-20 tiny white hairs in an upside down half moon shape on her chest that is almost unnoticeable. Bella is a sweetheart, but I was convinced she hates her name as she just refused to respond like all the others did to their name. But, being one of the last two pups left out of 19 pups total, she has finally started responding constantly whenever I’m talking to her or calling her. We are working on potty training and she is doing well. We are also learning basic commands and she is learning quickly. The one struggle she is having is her understanding of the word easy when she takes a treat from my hand. I’m sure it is because there was so many pups at one point it was all about getting that treat quickly so nobody took it, but we are working on it and I’m certain she will get it especially now that all that competition is gone. Bella is shy at first when meeting new people, but they only had me at home, and socializing consisted of taking 3-4 pups out to dog friendly stores and allowing folks to interact with them. But, with so many, it would take sometimes 5-6 days to get through all of them so it was a lot of time between their outings. So we discovered with these guys, the best way was just to jump in there and quickly let them know they were ok. Slow movements and offering your hand proved not be the easiest way, and actually made them withdraw more, but talking to them and just picking them up for a snuggle was all that was needed to remove any fear or anxiety and they were your new friend in no time. Bella is just waiting for her turn to go “home!” Once you meet her she will melt your heart! Text or calls are always best and live chats are encouraged so you can see them in real time as they are at any time. I dropped the fee to less than half and we are so hoping you’ll find you can’t live without sweet Bella

Frequently Asked Questions
About Great Dane Puppies

How would you describe a Great Dane?
Great Danes may seem intimidating, but inside their enormous bodies are even bigger hearts. Their size and loyalty make them good watch dogs, but intruders won’t realize their bark is worse than their bite. Although they appear energetic, Great Danes would rather grab a pillow indoors and relax by your side. Full-grown, they typically weigh 110-175 pounds and stand 28-32 inches tall.
Are Great Danes a good choice for families with kids?
Great Danes are generally okay with older children who know how to handle dogs. Great Danes gets along well with children, other dogs, and household pets. Some Great Danes are dominant with other dogs of the same sex or have a high prey drive with small cats. They're moderate barkers — they'll alert you when something's up but aren't excessive.
Are Great Danes couch potatoes or do they need a lot of exercise?
This breed is fairly calm when young and needs a moderate amount of exercise when fully grown. Great Danes should be taken on a daily walk or allowed to play in a large, fenced yard where they can run and explore. They may seem like outdoor dogs, but their favorite spot is actually indoors where they can relax and be by your side. Overall, their exercise needs are very high.
Is a Great Dane a good choice for someone with allergies?
The Great Dane has a short, smooth coat that comes in several colors. Most dogs are fawn (gold with a black mask, ears, and tail tip), brindle (gold with a black stripe pattern), steel blue, glossy black, “Harlequin” (white with black patches), or “Mantle”/”Boston” (black with white muzzle, chest, and tail tip). This breed isn’t high maintenance when it comes to grooming. Grooming-wise, this breed is low-maintenance.
Do Great Danes need a big yard?
Great Danes are best suited for a house with a good-sized yard. Great Danes gets along well with children, other dogs, and household pets. Due to their size, apartments and small spaces just aren’t practical for this breed. They are moderately trainable with consistent effort.
