🐾 Delivery & Pickup
At Snowflake Retrievers, we want bringing your new puppy home to be as safe, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in person in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and we especially love meeting families and helping them get settled for the journey home. For families who live farther away, we can discuss safe ground transportation or other appropriate delivery arrangements on an individual basis. Our goal is always to choose the safest and most comfortable option for each puppy, and we will work with you to coordinate the details in advance. Puppies will never be transported until they are old enough, healthy, and ready to safely transition to their new home.
